'The Bondage' Release Date?

AND, I'm NOT talking about some sex movie.

The Bondage, a film by Eric Allen Bell, starring Michael Anagorano (sp?), is 'the story of a problem child'.

It came out during a film festival, I forget which one, in March of 2007. I'd just like to see if anyone knows when the film comes out in theaters.
